Epsom Salt is made up of magnesium, sulfate and oxygen and is a clear, white crystal in appearance. It is actually a mineral found in water, rather than a salt, and was discovered in the natural springs of Epsom. It offers antibacterial, anti-fungal, and antiviral properties, along with therapeutic minerals, making it useful for many applications.

It is recommended not to use the salts internally.

Use as a foot soak. The cleansing and anti-fungal properties can help ward off toenail fungus and athlete's foot.

Epsom salt is also an effective natural face cleanser, containing antibacterial, anti-fungal, and antiviral properties, making it a fantastic choice to treat acne. Mix a teaspoon of the salt with your cleanser, then wash off with warm water.
