Returns:
If you are not happy with your order please email us at help@oilsessentially.co.uk, stating your order number, date of order and name and address. This should be done within seven days of receipt of the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it (or faulty in some way).
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item, and update you on the status of your refund request.
Once the items are received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
