Spearmint Essential Oil:

Spearmint Essential Oil has a fresh, minty aroma, being a milder version of Peppermint oil, and containing less menthol.  It is similar to peppermint, but has a milder scent and is a little sweeter. Being gentler than peppermint, it is more suitable for use with children, when peppermint is required.

It has great benefits on the digestive system and helps relieve vomiting and nausea. It acts on the respiratory tract to relieve cough, bronchitis, asthma, catarrh and sinus. On the skin it calms itching and has a stimulant action on the mind and helps ease headaches.
