Sweet almond oil is cold pressed from the almond nut. It offers a wide range of vitamins and minerals. It is a rich source of emollients and is high in protein along with vitamins B1, B2, B3 and E.  It has a wealth of minerals such as phosphorous, calcium and potassium and a high content of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.
