Spanish Verbena Essential Oil has a sweet, heavy, citrusy aroma. This oil is rich in vitamin A, B and C and is one of the more popular essential oils in cosmetic formulas due to its aroma and versatility. This oil reflects freshness, cleanliness and vibrancy.

Verbena helps with immunity, increasing white blood cells. It is useful for dispelling anxiety and depression and can be used in a diffuser. Verbena helps with the resistance, with its antioxidant properties, lowering stress by increasing white blood cell activity. On top of all this, it may also help in the treatment of depression, anxiety and insomnia.
