Monoi de Taihiti Coconut Oil & Tiare Flower Extract
Monoi de Tahiti has long been used as a beauty aid by the people of Polynesia.
Monoi Oil is made by soaking Tiare flowers in refined coconut oil. The flowers are hand picked by islanders while still unopened and soaked for at least 2 weeks in the coconut oil. The result is a rich, lightly fragrant oil that is suitable for all skin types.
It’s cold-pressed, unscented and pure, and has the natural aroma of coconut oil with a slight floral fragrance from the Tiare Tahiti flowers. It consists of just two ingredients, pure, refined coconut oil and the flowers of Tiare Tahiti which give the oil a light, delicate floral scent.
It can be used straight from the jar and also makes a wonderful base for creating your own body butters, skin creams, soaps and hair treatments.
