Olive Squalane is very close in structure to the sebum produced by our skin.  However, as we age, production of sebum slows down rapidly. Due to it's similarity to our skin's composition, Olive Squalene is absorbed very quickly and works well for all skin types, even oily and acne-prone.

Olive Squalene is packed with antioxidants and can improve the appearance of the skin. It helps seal in moisture, maintaining the skin's barrier, lessen fine wrinkles and reduce imperfections such as dark spots. It can be used straight from the bottle or added to products such as creams, lotions and gels.

It is oil-soluble, so it cannot be used in water-based products such as toners and spritzes. However a small amount could be added to water-based gels.
