Himalayan pink salt originates from the Himalayan Mountains and is typically formed over 250 million years ago. It is incredibly rich in minerals, boasting at least 80 types, including potassium, magnesium and calcium. The electrolytes in the salt can help the body retain water.

The salts are known to have a relaxing effect when added to a warm bath.  They can ease aches and pains, reduce stress and tiredness while also cleansing and reviving the skin. They can also have a soothing effect on skin conditions such as Eczema. 

Suggested Uses:

• Added to a warm bath
• Mix with several drops of essential oils and/or dried flowers to create an enchanting bath salt mix
• Use as a body scrub, or as part of a body scrub recipe
