Our Organic Aloe Vera Powder is made by spray drying the inner leaf juice of the aloe vera plant. It is 100% organic and concentrated at a rate of 200:1. This means that the Aloe powder is 200 times more concentrated than the fresh plant. 

So you would use at 0.5% of your overall formula. This means 0.5% powder to 99.5% of finished product.

Aloe Vera Powder brings a cooling, refreshing quality to your products. It is carefully processed to retain all the goodness, which includes B complex vitamins, folic acid, vitamin C and carotene which is a precusor to vitamin A. 

It is a versatile ingredient for many formulas, being water soluable. Its ability to be rehydrated into a concentrated aloe solution makes it incredibly flexible for use in both water-based and emulsified products.

It blends well with botanical extracts, essential oils and active ingredients, so you can customize your formulations with ease.

Recommended Processing: Aloe powder is heat stable and can be added at any time during manufacture. It can also tolerate a wide range of pH but is best between 4.5-8

Suggested Uses: Soaps, creams and lotions, shampoos and hair conditioners, gels and ointments.

It is recommended to use distilled or spring water with the powder to reconstitute.
